Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Other international destinations: 10–30 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Some promotions may include free shipping — check current offers at checkout.


Tracking

After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5 days for the tracking link to become active.


Customs & import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or if it hasn’t arrived within 45 days after shipping confirmation, contact us at novapickltd@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).


Incorrect address disclaimer

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
